What is the ‘Money & Morals' Competition?

Objective

With the 'Money & Morals Competition, students (15-18 years) would be required to outline an ethical dilemma that they have experienced in their exposure to the workplace, whether that be through the Young Enterprise scheme or part-time or holiday jobs. The students should also devise ten ethical guidelines that they think are important to a company.

  • Logo will appear on all materials related to the ‘Money & Morals' Competition
  • Affiliation with a project which encourages a high standard of business ethics
  • Sponsor's name will reach around 400 schools per year, encompassing approximately 12,000 members of staff and 50,000 pupils, who will be tomorrow's decision makers
  • There will be national media interest in the project. Previous ‘Money & Morals' Programmes have received comprehensive coverage from the National Press

Aim

To receive competition entries from the 400 plus schools who are already participating in JABE's two long-running ‘Money & Morals' Programmes, the Curriculum and the Roadshow.
